ORDERING

Ordering has never been easier!

 

While we do take only a limited number of orders per homecoming date, during the season our home page and social media pages will frequently mention availability.

 

After reviewing our items in our homecoming photo galleries, click on the ORDER ONLINE button to start your custom homecoming mum or homecoming garter order.

 

Payment is due upon checkout. We offer multiple payment methods. No Checks.

 

Order Deadline: Orders placed with less than 7 days until the homecoming date will be immediately refunded.

 

Cancellations: We will try our best to accommodate early (10 days prior to homecoming date) unforeseeable cancellation requests. Unfortunately, we work by a business order queue, if we have already begun working on your order, we will not be able to refund it fully.

The 10 days leading up to your homecoming date are the most crucial in our creation process. Please consider and order accordingly.

Sometimes there are exceptions, if we can help we will!

SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate ground shipping fee via UPS or Fedex throughout the U.S.

Deadlines for Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipping. This is in addition to ordering at least 7 days prior to your homecoming date. So shipped orders would need to be received 10-14 days prior to the homecoming date pending availability.

 

Ordering early will ensure we can accept your order if shipping is required.

 

Insurance: Insurance in included in our shipping fee and is the total cost of your item(s).

 

Tracking: Tracking is included in our shipping fee. We will share tracking information with you when your item is shipped.

What happens if it does not arrive, arrives late or damaged?

Once the package leaves our possession,  it is beyond our control. We package each item with care and extreme consideration of its journey to you. If your item is not delivered on time, damaged or missing, you may start a claim with the carrier.

Rush shipping will require a custom shipping quote.

PICKING UP

Local pick up is welcomed!

Pick up dates are Wednesday and Thursday evenings after 6 P.M. the week of homecoming.

Address of pick up will be sent via text message to the phone number used when ordering or emailed to the email used when ordering, the week of homecoming. 

Need a arrange a different pick up date/time?

We may be able to accommodate variation to the pick up schedule on a case by case basis, depending on the homecoming date and other special circumstance.

Can't get around to pick up...let us know. Delivery service may be available in select neighboring areas for an additional fee.
